Misio

Every Misio is hand-made one by one, and many of the yarn was hand-dyed. That means every Misio is different and there is no guarantee that we will have the similar ones as already existing ones. Please understand that and choose carefully to find the right one for you.

Some parts such as eyes and whiskers are fragile, so please be aware when handling.

Misios are spined with armature wire which is more resistant to bending, but it may still snap after bending too much at the same spot. For that reason, it is not recommended to children under 8 years of age. We are unable to take any responsibility for any injuries or accidents caused by this.

Please be aware that the photos may look slightly different on computer monitors when choosing Misio.

All prices are in US Dollars. Prices may change without notice. We do not currently charge TAX.

All Misios are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

The items are shipped to any destination in the world.

Items are posted via Australia Post.

A shipping fee will be calculated after you enter your delivery address.

Normal and Express shipping options are available.

Express provides tracking for most destinations. When your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment notification email from MISIO. The email will contain your tracking number and the link to the website to track your package.

All payments are handled securely via PayPal.

You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.

All major credit cards or E-Check are available via PayPal.

Each Misio will be packed with all due care.

Item's will be posted within 1 - 2 working days of payment being cleared. You will receive an email when it happens.

Please see 10 to 14 days until you receive it.

No Express delivery is available at the moment.

Please note that we are not responsible for loss or damage within the postage system as this is outside our control. Please make sure to put a correct address, and contact local post for any inquires.

Due to the fact that most of products are handmade and that we put special care in each packaging, we only accept returns in special circumstances.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with the description of the reason of return. Please do not send the item back to us before contacting us.

Postage is non-refundable. Sender is responsible for return postage unless due to an error on the part of MISIO.

Payment will be made to you once we have received the package back. All refunds are issued through original payment method.

Due to the nature of our products, MISIO offers no exchanges.
